exgirlfriend won't cooperate

new hampshire- boyfriend purchased house w/girlfriend at time as investment- they were both living there-seperate bedrooms. Relationship crashed- October 2001 he asked to sell property, she refused, no ability to buy out. She has bi-polar disorder, refuses to rationalize. All mortgages paid by boyfriend-850.00 per month. He has not lived there since Dec 2001, she attacks him if he goes there. nh probate court involved now, case shold be heard july 2002-
question- will they divide proceeds 50/50 or will they look at the investments? relationship only 3 yrs, house ownership- a little over 1 yr. his investment 21000.00 hers 1400.00 . he continues to pay mortgage to save credit but she lives there.
