Blue, if you're saying that your son traded his car for a stolen car, then your son can try to get his original car back from the thief, but the stolen car is not your son's car.

Bluetick, to get advice on this forum, you need to do a couple of things:
1. Learn to use punctuation.
2. Learn to write the English language coherently.

Your son should get his original car back.

He has been hoodwinked and does not owe the new car.
