Help Please!!!

What is the name of your state? Kansas

I have a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado with TONS of problems!!!! I am trying to get GM to replace it and they keep bucking me!!!!!!! I am now getting a laywer and am ready to take major action! I paid $34,000 for that piece of metal and I am done with it!!

Questions:

How do I get them to replace my truck??!?!?!?!?

Which is the better route, lawsuit or arbitration????
