I think I got a Lemon H2

I bought my H2 from a dealer in Detroit and had it shipped ot me in Japan. I've had the car for about 4 months put about 300 miles on it and it's already in the shop! The mechanics in the shop cannot figure out what is wrong with it. The car just turns on and turns right back off. THe mechanics know that it has to do with some wiring but they can't figure out where the problem is.

I really think that I have got a lemon. How does this work, I have taken the car out of the US however I don't mind shipping it back and filing for a new one under the lemon law.

Please give me advice.
