i think my car is a lemon!

maryland state, i have several things going wrong with my new 2000 sl2 saturn. i purchased the extended warrantee and it says that they will provide me with transportation if they need the car overnight. they now say that they can not do that because i am only 20. the warrantee says nothing about that! the breaks keep going bad and i really need help.
