Keyless in NC

What is the name of your state? North Carolina

Purchased used card at dealer, then found that they had only one key, missing spare key and keyless electronic entry device. They say they will contact prevous owner who traded for new car. Are they required to provide all keys? Is there any time limited for returning a used car (i.e. 3 day grace period)?

The dealer is only obligated to give you what they received, a car with one key. And there is no 3 day grace period. You should have thought of this stuff before purchasing the vehicle.
