Lemon carI purchase a pre-own vehicle from a Nationwide Auto Dealership in May of 2008. From day one, my car has had several major maintenance issues. I have had very little responds from the dealership, they become argumentative and abusive over the phone. With a debt on the vehicle that I cannot drive or get back and forth to work. I have paper work of fax letters I have sent to them, and requested the manager of the Consumer Service Department to contact me, however again I have had little response. Do I have any legal rights? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas. Last edited by Discourage Mom; 01-04-2009 at 05:10 PM. |

| Does any factory warranty still exist on this vehicle? (There is a specific reason I'm asking this.)

| Well, there was a 30 day manufacture warranty, but as I always do when I purchase a car, I purchase additional warranty on the vehicle. In addition, Mr Garcia, sir I made several attempts during the 30days of their warranty to have them do something. Presently, I have only a trial of paper work, I have taken the vehicle back five (5) times to get them to service it. Three of which have been the engine. |
