lemon law

What is the name of your state? kentucky the car i talk about was bought in indianna. the car was bought used from an individual 4 months ago and only 6000 miles has been put on. the transmission and the engine went down at the same time . i dont feel we were told the truth about the car. do we have any legal recourse. thanks margaret

Lemon laws do not apply to used vehicles. If the vehicle was bought "as-is", you have no recourse.
