lemon law

What is the name of your state? Tennessee. I bought a Isuzu rodeo in 2002 and still under warranty for the airconditioning system. I have took the rodeo in 6 times and the problem is still there. The dealer has replaced the condenser, sensors, ect. and now the air gets warm after 1-1.5 hours of driving. The warranty runs out at 50,000 miles, now at 48,000 or 3 yrs. in which I have 2 months. I have talked to the manager over at the dealership and they said bring it in- I said I am tired of bringing it in, and obviously there is a defect in the system. I asked for a even trade on something they have on one of their 3 lots. The manager didnt call back after he told me he will the next day. I called back and he gave me a run around although sympathetic (which is his job). I told him I will get back with him. Can I return the vehicle to the dealership and get my money back minus a reasonable allowance for the use of the vehicle during the time period that I have owned the vehicle? What are my rights and choices with respect to the state laws?

If the dealer agrees (unlikely), yes.
However, there is no legal obligation for him to do so.

You have the 'right' to sue them for your 'damages' and claim their failure to provide warranty services are 'damages'.
Why not try by sending the dealer a letter (certified RRR) asserting your expectations that they comply with the terms of the warranty?
Also, is this a dealer warranty or manufacturer warranty?? If a manufacturer.... try contacting their zone or regional office in WRITING.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
