Lemon Law

What is the name of your state? California

If I bought a truck from my parents and they bought it new from the dealer and the Truck is still under the service plan. Can I file for a lemon law?

Not based on the facts that you have presented...
You haven't even mentioned if anything is WRONG with the truck!
