Lemon Law Claim Advice?

What is the name of your state? IL

I have just completed the arbitration process and was "awarded" a settlement. The 30-day wait period has not yet expired and the manufacturer has not made its intentions known. I would like to trade my vehicle in for another right now. Can I do that now without having to wait to see if the manufacturer agrees with the arbitration settlement?
