Lemon law for used carsI bought a used 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 still under factory warranty. I also purched an extended warranty. While still under factory warranty, the truck developed a miss. The dealership attempted to fix the problem 3 times. The miss only got worse each time. The truck has spent more time at the dealership than I have drove it. What are the lemon laws for used cars, and if there aren't any, do I have a recourse? |
