lemon lawsWhat is the name of your state? Louisiana I just bought a used car from someone by finding an ad in the paper. Had the car not over 2 weeks and the transmission went out and the car won't go into overdrive. Is there any action to take since the car was sold" as is" and they didn't say anything was wrong like that? |

| Lemon laws do not apply to used vehicles. Yes, as is means exactly what is means, you have no recourse. Did you have the vehicle examined by a professional prior to purchasing it? |

| "Is there any action to take since the car was sold" as is" and they didn't say anything was wrong like that?" *** No.
__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
