Question

Was lied too sure sale of car!

What is the name of your state? Oregon

About 9 months ago I bought a 01 VW from a dealership. I was under the influence that it had not been in a accident. I paid low blue book for it. Come to find out it has a "Branded" title. Is that something the dealership HAS to tell me? And if so where could I find that Law in writing?
