MARYLAND - Boat w/o title or sale agreement - NEW TITLE?

What is the name of your state? Maryland

Bought a boat but lost the title before I was able to transfer the ownership in my name I am unable to locate the previous owner. What should I do to get a new title, salvage or other? The sale occurred over three years ago. Am I out of luck and stuck with a boat that I own but cannot register?

You need to locate the previous owner in order to title it. Contact your local Licensing & Registration Service Center to see if there's any other way they'll allow you to title it.
