Misrepresented the history of my carWhat is the name of your state? California 18 months ago I bought a 2002 BMW from a local car lot. They told me that it had never been in an accident. Now when I am trying to sell it I find it was in a "Severe Accident". Of course trying to sell it and get a fair price for it is impossible. I took it back to the company I bought it from and there is a new owner who is not taking any responsiblity. The sales person that sold me the car is still there. What are my options? Thank you |

__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |

| "What are my options?" In the future, always get an independent inspection by a trustworthy mechanic before you buy a used car. |
