mitchelljWhat is the name of your state? NC My friend purchased a truck from another friend that I refered him to. Will who is visually impaired has been burned before on car purchase. I had used Jim's truck before and it work well. Will wanted a different transmission put in the truck so that he could haul a horse trailer. Jim states that Will was impatient with the work he was doing to the truck, installing the other transmission, replacing the wiring harness because he said it sparked. The truck was driven away by Will's godmother and someone else he knew said they heard a rough noise in the motor. Will had two other mechanic's look at the truck and they stated that he got a bad deal. Will and Jim were not communicating with one another and Jim felt that if there was a problem with the truck Will should have brought it back to him not take it to the others. Will wants to return the truck and get his money back. Jim says that Will signed a receipt as is. Is there any recourse for either? |

__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
