New Car in the shop again

What is the name of your state?FLORIDA. i LIVE IN SOUTH FLORIDA AND ON AUGUST 18TH 2005, I PAID IN FULL FOR A 2005 SATURN VUE. THIS WAS A WITHDRAWL FROM MY 401-K THAT I WORKED HARD AND LONG FOR. MY NEW VUE HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP TODAY MAKES THREE DAYS. THERE IS SOME SORT OF LEAK IN THE DASH OR THE FIRE WALL AREA THAT CAUSED THE CARPETING INSIDE TO BECOME WET AND THERE WAS A FAULTY SWITCH. WHICH THEY DID FIX ONCE AND PLAN TO REPLACE IT AGAIN.THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD NEED TO PUT ME IN A RENTAL CAR FOR TWO DAYS TO ENABLE THEM TO FIND THE LEAK IN THE CAR. I ALSO TOLD THEM I DID NOT WANT MY CARPET CLEANED BUT REPLACED AS IT HAS GOTTEN WET THREE TIMES FROM THE LEAK AND CLEANING IT WOULD NOT BE SUFFICENT. I AGAIN. LIVE IN SOUTH FLORIDA AND THE HUMIDITY WILL MAKE THE ODOR OF THE CARPET BE REALLY BAD IN 6 MONTHS TIME. THEY SAID THEY HAVE TO GET THAT OK'D BY THE MANUFACTURER. I HAVE LOST HOURS FROM WORK AND NOW IN THE RENTAL CAR THEY HOOKED ME UP WITH I AM PAYING $16.00 PER DAY FOR ADDITIONAL INSURANCE I NEEDED IN ORDER FOR THEM TO EVEN RELEASE A CAR TO ME. THIS IS SOMETHING ELSE SATURN WILL NOT REIMBURSE ME FOR. I AM SEROIUSLY THINKING THAT I WANT TO GIVE THE VEHICLE BACK. I AM 2 YEARS FROM RETIREMENT AND I PURCHASED THIS CAR FOR THE REASON OF HAVING A RELIABLE CAR AND THIS HAS BEEN ANYTHING BUT RELIABLE. IT HAS REALLY PUT A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH AND I JUST WANT TO END THIS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. PLEASE ADVICE ME THE BEST YOU CAN.

back at ya happyhusband

so sorry for the all caps i was using a friends computer and lower case was not available and i was in need of some advice per the site name "freeadvice" not rude comments. regardless of your rude remarks i took care of the problem saturn took the vue back and replaced it with one that was correct. and who would waist money going to Brazil???? it would be appreciated if when people answer these questions they could try to keep their highly inflated ego's (Better then thou bull crap) to themselves and just give advice and not unnecessary rude comments. Have a great trip to Brazil.

Check the warranty. If everything is covered by it then they have to fix or replace it.

Mary already said that Saturn took back the Vue and replaced it with one that was correct.

happyhusband where did you get that name???? you seem quite the contrary. there was no need for your reply. not to mention hopkins306 was not rude at all. hope you really find happiness. you need it. nothing better to do than be arrogant. good luck to you and please do not reply.
