What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OREGON.

i bought a car from a private seller that has no title. it was bought at a salvage (which i did not know), my Bill Of Sale says nothing on the condition of the car. 4 days later the engine seized. can i sue for my money back?

Sure.

Anybody can sue anybody for anything.

You just aren't going to win.

Used car sales are AS IS. It was your option to have the vehicle checked by a mechanic before you bought it. You didn't do that.

You also bought it without a title which makes it likely that you'd never be able to officially own the vehicle or sell it to somebody else if that somebody else was smart enough to demand a title.

Sorry, you appear to be stuck with the consequences of a bad deal.
