odometer rollback -- California

We bought a used truck aprox 2 years ago from a used car dealership. We just looked up the history on it at CARFAX.com (which was not around back then)and found out that approx 1 year before we bought it the odometer was rolled back by 25,600 miles. Do we have any recourse? This is going to make it very hard to sell now.
