Problem for a UK customerWhat is the name of your state? UK Hi, Recently I made a Purchase from Cali For a Clutch Kit for my Supra. The reason I ordered from Cali was it cost me 50% less than it would in the UK. I payed for the Item with Paypal and paid for USPS 4 day delivery. My item was sent, and promptly arrived in the UK 2 days later. While it was being flown to N.Ireland by the Parcels Carrier, there was a large chemical leakage on the plane, and all the Cargo had to be destroyed. I contacted the Supplier, who told me i would have to wait until his claim with USPS is settled before he will send a replacement Part. It was my understanding that I should not have to wait, as it was not my fault the Package was Destroyed. am i not entitled to the Goods or replacment goods immediately as i have already paid for them? Any help would greatly be Appreciated Marty Belfast Ireland |

The supplier is doing what is required under California law. Anything more you are not entitled to. Unless you'd like to cancel your order for a full refund then pay the VAT AND twice the price for the part. |
