QuestionWhat is the name of your state? Michigan I recently bought a Porsche boxster that was involved in a bad accident , and was not reported by the seller , he did tell me it was in a accident , but stated that it was much less severe than it turned out to be I bought this vehicle from a private party , on the bill of sale he put that it was sold as is , and that it included the remainder of manufaturers warranty ( from Porsche not from him ) it has only been two days since I purchased the vehicle , is there any thing I can do , or do any of my states lemon laws apply ? |

Re: QuestionQuote:
My response: Nope. It's all yours. Caveat Emptor. You had an obligation to yourself to have the vehicle inspected by your mechanic prior to plunking down your money. Good luck with it. IAAL |

| why would you expect lemon laws to apply if you havent yet experienced problems?? just because a car has been in accident doesnt make it a lemon,,,it may run perfectly for many years Sounds like the real problem is a case of buyers remorse....put the top down, turn up the heater (since you are in MI) and enjoy it! |
