"AS IS" really as is?Pennsylvania I bought car on craigslist and next day it go broke . I have on me title with seller singed name. There was no bill of sale Add did say sold as is No public notary I fix with me but inside engine I find scratch bor. This need a engine. Do I have a legal right? | A legal right for what? As is means...as is. This is usually a good indication that there is something wrong with the car. It would have been a good idea for you to get this professional inspected before you purchased it. |

| Caveat emptor. Few used cars come with warranties. You didn't get the vehicle inspected and accepted it as-is. I'm 27 and wonder where the hell common sense and personal responsibility have gone. They are sorely missed. |
