Question
I'm from Ohio and my husband sold a truck that he had totalled hitting a deer. We had to get a salvage title so he could still get insurance and drive it. We sold the truck with the salvage title and now 2 weeks later the guy is complaining and threatening to sue? what is our legal responsibility?
