i have a writen contract with the person whos trying to screw me...im sellinga1986 chevy corvette nice car for$4,500 payments as $1500 dwn. $500 a month...i got a signed contract saying all this...hes only gave me $1410 total..he missed his payment due date as well...now i recieved a letter from him saying he wants to go through a attorny now and do another contract..he thinks we were guna repo car due to his no-pay..well i have tittle in my name and registration as well..car has exp tabs..he has possion of car at his house.!!!!wat can i do he avoids my calls and house calls//showing up ect....
