I bought a car September 2015 and a month after I got it the transmission started skipping, then 2 months passed by and the drive shaft broke off of the vehicle ($700 fix) then just 2 weeks ago the car quit driving it will only go in reverse, I'm paying $13000 for a car o can't hardly drive because it keeps breaking down. Is there anything I can do about this because it's bull **** that I have to pay the much for a car that keeps breaking down.

First, you need to tell us what state you are in.
Second, you need to tell us if this was a new or used car purchase.
