What is the name of your state? Tennessee
I bought a car in Nov from a dealership and decided thenextday thatI did not want it due to mechanical issues. The dealer told me that the lien had been canceled and that a new lienholderwas used. Can theydothat withoutme signing any new contract? And they told me that the car would be placed in repo because I had taken it back. Can they do that?
