Is there a law for lemon used cars in Ohio

I recently purchased a used auto for my daughter to drive. Salesman said it would be dependable, that it is, very dependable just sitting in my driveway.It has been driven maybe a week out of three weeks. It is ready to throw a rod. Is there any laws in Ohio pertaining to used cars?
