What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado

Bought a car in December 2014. Had an issue with the passenger side door that was not normal. So I looked at CarFax (which I should have done before buying the car). The car was a total loss in 2012, then sold to the state of Georgia or a company in Georgia and then came back to Colorado with a clean title.

Is the Dealer I bought this car from required to disclose the total loss? There was no mention of this or any other issues by the dealer.

Just curious what my options are.

Thank you.

The dealer may not have known. If you were sold the car as is, you had plenty of time to have the car inspected, prior to purchase.
