well in this case the safety defect is a rusted out frame,on a 1998 truck. when the truck was put up on the lift for a minor repair, the truck's frame crumpled and the truck almost split in two. the seller had previous problems with the frame, and had it welded twice. Unfortunately this was discovered a week after the purchase. So therefore
I'm saying that the rusted through frame is a major safety defect, and that the seller knew about it. Now he claims that the truck passed inspection after the welding. Even still, shouldnt he have had to tell me about a repaired frame, and wouldnt this still be considered a major safety defect?
