Used / Reconditioned Cars.

What is the name of your state? TEXAS ...yee haw!

I have a car that I "bought", I have not signed a contract only gave the down payment. I'm having issues with the car, I've taken it back to them 3 times for "breaking" down. Can I get my money back (complete) without having problems? Or what can I do?

Thanks Guys/Gals.

Ok I'm a bit confused. Who did you give money to? A dealer or private party? How come they're letting you drive the car without paying for it in full?

I'm not sure why you are asking this question AGAIN.
The fact of the matter is that you DO have a contract. You won't get your money back on this AS-IS purchase. It really doesn't matter if you ask the question again and again and again, it's still the same answer!
