Want out of New Car

What is the name of your state? CA

I purchased a brand new Black Nissan Altima SE-R from a dealer about 3 hours away from me. It was delivered to me by a broker who said it had been detailled. Yes, I have had many 2 black cars in the past and I know how hard they are to keep clean. But, this one has swirl marks on it, there are water marks that wont come out, the paint has been burned in one place, there are scratches everywhere and one even has touch up paint on it. The front passenger rim is horribly scratched and the tire had a rip in it (the tire has been replaced) the alignment is out, the tires need to be balanced, the cup holder is broken, the back window leaks if the water pressure is too hard, the gas cap door is bent, the moon roof came with a wind deflector that has already popped off (we screwed it back in but the screw is stripped) the covers to all of the gauges and radio inside have this hazy film on them that wont come off, the dirvers side window clicks as it rolls up and down and the windows and mirrors are so spotted I can't get them clean. I called the broker, "not his problem" I called the dealership "we'll get back to you" Finally today I called Nissan Corp and gave them the whole story and am awaiting a reply. My question is, I just want out. I am so very unhappy that I just want to give it back. I know that I will lose some money, but do I have any rights or what is the best way to handle this? Please dont tell me I am screwed, I just want some advice.
