My husband purchased a car from an independant dealer who in turn bought it from a big dealer who had orginally owned the car. A carfax report was ran by my husband and the dealer we bought it from. No accidents were reported. My husband took it to a big dealer to have a recall repaired and was told that the car had been wrecked before (over spray noticed). Does anyone have a right to sue the orginal owner since it was a big dealer who didn't report the damage?
