Am I responsible?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas. Am I responsible if a dog gets loose on my property and damages a customers vehicle? The dog was on my property without my knowledge and the owner of the dog allowed the dog to run free.

It sucks but you probably have better insurance than the dog owner.

The dog owner is an insurance agent.
