What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Ontario Canada

I wish to setup a website to discuss and promote issues relating to school board politics and policy. Though I have every intention of being truthfull, most of what I say will be hotly disputed by the school board and I suspect I will inevitably be sued for libel.

Is there any way to set up the website as a limited liability corp or other entity to limit exposure from such a lawsuit?

Is there a way to ensure they sue the corp, and not me?

Even if I would eventually win, I'd like to make a lawsuit against me personally next to impossible.

How can anyone proceed with political activism, if thier opponent can just sue them for libel?
