TN I'm not sure what category realy to post this. I'm a home health nurse, I work in my patient's home 12 hours a day. I was told by a co-worker that my patient's parents were seeking anyway possiable to find a way to sue our company. My co-worker also stated that they have security cameras throughout the house. My question is this. Does the family have to notify us as nurses that we are being filmed, and what rights do we have?
