Defamation Question

What is the name of your state? VA
Someone that I know has somehow gotten my password to my email accounts and has read my personal emails and disclosed the info to family members in an effort to hurt my reputation. Even if the statements he/she is making are true, is there anything I can do besides change my password?

If the statements being made are true, then by definition they are not defamation of any kind.

But is there anything that I can do about this person invading my privacy and making my personal business public?
