In Georgia, Bishop Eddie Long will be going to court soon to fight 4 cases against his alleged improprieties. On average, how much will he pay in court costs/fees to fight the allegations?

It is impossible to say. There are too many variables.

But this stands to be a case that is argued a very very long time in court (think years) and it stands to be a very very costly one for all involved (think six figures), despite the seeming lack of evidence to support the accusers' claims (which, I will add, is not at all unusual in sexual molestation cases).
