What is the name of your state? WA.

I sent a neighbor of mine some private emails about a neighborhood dispute. The emails turned rather heated. The Neighbor forwarded the email to another neighbor without my permission. Is this illegal?

If they were addressed to them they can do anything they want to with them in this situation, there is no confidentiality. That's why email has a FORWARD feature. Always be careful what you write and what you say.
