Although the details you have provided here are a bit sparse ;), the way you sue a relative for slander is by contacting an attorney in your area. The attorney you contact will review all of the facts, tell you if you have a case worth pursuing, and then the attorney will probably tell you that, even if you have a case, it will not be worth the multi-thousands of dollars you will have to spend in order to take the matter to court.
