Harrassment By City Code Enforcement


What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

My city code enforcment officer is Harrassing me.Now she's after me for no runninng water on my property,its in forclosure and I moved out in Auguest.There no need to have water on plus I dont have money to pay my last bill.I sick of this,can I sue the city for Harrassment??
