What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TN

If I wrote a letter to someone's professional licensing board accusing them of unethical and illegal activity, and it was obvious that I wrote it because my name was mentioned in it a lot and because of the way in which it was written (ie: things the individual had done to me personally), but I didn't sign it and it was written from a 3rd person narrative, how strong of a case would that individual have for a libel case against me? Is a libel suit considered a criminal suit where I could invoke the 5th amendment?

Thank you.

Do you have proof of any wrongdoing?

Or did you just make allegations/accusations?
