lose of business due to slander


What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? hawaii
short and not so sweet,
#1a women who dose not like my legal business practice of door-to-door sales put out a letter claiming my company's involved in a string of burglary, naming my company,found out who it is got her on tape admitting shes wrong and her motivation was because she didn't like product she bought 4 years prior "don't buy this product sucks" iv been in business for only 2years its not me "im so sorry"
#2 another women post letter on blog shes was told it was false wont take it down Ive blog it false wont do anything about it but claims because she took out my business name shes covered her ass but describes my vehicle and set-up its obvious its me i mean here is example,red truck with flashing light and a ladder,
#3 no police involvement called them they got someone else felt bad for me but nothing they can do told me to sue them
#4 makeing great money no rescission here until this

It sounds to me like you may have a good case for defamation, but a court battle may cost more than you could recover.

You may want to discuss this with an attorney and have him/her send a cease and desist letter.
