My company has been used online to advertise to consumers how to get back at repair shops. i contacted the person on the site, and at first was dirogatory, then changed to I made a mistake will correct this, but has not, to my satisfaction. i have written the parent co. with no response should i go to small claims, what results &/or $ can i expect?

Your company is being used in another company's ads? Is your company the repair shop? And derogatory things are being said about it in the ad??
