Paying with Change

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Kentucky
I was wondering can a store turn you away if all you have to pay with in change?

yes, yes they can.

In fact, there are some businesses out there that are cashless; they don't accept any currency whatsoever except for debit/credit cards.
