MY SON HAS A TOWING COMPANY. A MAN GOT HIS TRAILER STUCK AND THE TIDE CAME UP TAKING THE 5TH WHEEL INTO THE OCEAN. THE MAN IS ASKING FOR MONEY TO PAY FOR THE ITEMS INSIDE HIS 5TH WHEEL THAT WERE DAMAGED BY THE OCEAN. hE CLAIMS THEY TOOK TO LONG TO RECOVER FROM THE OCEAN. COULD HE HAVE A CASE?
