Unheard of privacy violation, public shaming, and much more

I have been subjected to a wirelessly controlled mind reading/controlling and communication device, through FMRI technology. I was placed into this situation against my will. Because of this, my privacy has obviously been invaded to unheard of bounds. This was sponsored by a millionaire rapper named El-p. I am constantly shamed by this long range device. I have no way to escape this torment by my self, they refuse to leave. Because of them reading my thoughts and communicating with me (which they still are to this second), they have not only violated my privacy, they also publicly broadcast my thoughts out in a mile wide diameter, therefore publicly shaming me every day in front of my entire town and wherever I travel. This has gone on for 8 months 24/7 every moment and has been incredibly terrifying in every conceivable way. I have been lambasted, threatened, subjected to hallucinations (Visual, auditory, thouch), told to commit suicide by them, actually convinced to jump out of moving cars, received death threats by them and others, rape threats by hospital patients, threats of violence, put through hospitalizations and received legal mental records. I am forced into this situation, never wanted anything to do with it, I've begged them to leave and they refuse, they have invaded my very mind and every day is hell. This is only a SMALL summation of all the hell I've been put through.

Please what type of law firm should I look for? I will probably be paying on contingency. Where should I start? Equally as importantly, how can I get them legally removed immediately? I don't deserve this treatment and no one does. What other sort of rights/laws does this violate by telling me to physically hurt myself, put me into dangerous situations, as well as the mental trauma this has all caused?

Unfortunately, no law firm will consider your case because it sounds so unbelievable. Your best bet is to enlist the help of one of your doctors. If a doctor will attest to the validity of your claims, then there should be no problem finding someone to represent you.

I am sorry to hear you are having your privacy violated and your mind controlled, RandyIcon.

I advise you, however, to avoid making statements that implicate rapper El-P in these acts and actions without proof of the truth of your statements. Although El-P apparently likes science fiction and some of his works have references to Clarke and Kubrick and Orwell, there seems to be little else to connect him to mind control. Because it appears you have enough on your mind without adding a defamation claim to your worries, I recommend you not falsely accuse anyone of anything until you are able to support your claims with evidence.

As to evidence, you have reported all of the threats of death to the police for investigation, right? This is a smart first step for anyone to take when death threats are received.

You ask what rights/laws are violated besides privacy - and the list is extensive. It is so extensive, in fact, that I am not sure exactly where you should start in your quest to find help. I'mTheFather has offered you one avenue to explore (and FlyingRon has offered an avenue best suited for the rest of us to explore ) but I do not see that an attorney can help you until you have some police and/or medical documentation.

In the meantime, I suggest you avoid Professor Xavier and all people wearing Kanohi masks and I wish you good luck.

You should see a doctor about your condition. You can either see a specialist in removal of mind control devices - they are called psychiatrists; or you can go to your emergency room and request assistance with this. It is very important that you try not to think about it too much as you go to the Doctor so they won't be alerted. Once at the doctor's you might expect that the doctor will take steps to stop them from controlling you until he is done neutralizing the control device.

Good luck. You can get to the doctor if you try really hard.

The remaining telepaths at the Xavier Institute (Emma Frost, Betsy Braddock, et al) are either not cooperative or unreliable with their powers.

That said, if you can wait a few years its likely Xavier and Grey will return to life as death is usually a temporary condition where the X-Men are concerned.

You want to take this thread seriously, TD, and that's nice.

Others of us might see some trollishness in the post, for various and assorted reasons.

But, yes, significant issues exist regardless and the advice that has been offered to seek medical help applies in either case.
