Website built to libel my businessWhat is the name of your state? MISSOURI I sold a boat "AS IS" on eBay but never collected one red cent from the purchaser. He did not want the boat but expected compensation for his travel time. He staged a "SIT IN" protest at my place of business and refused to leave for several hours. He not only gave negative feedback (I am in the process of having this removed from eBay), but he has designed a web page to intentionally harm me and my business. He has linked his web page to mine. He has also sent threatening emails stating that if I refrain from leaving negative feedback for him on ebay for 60 days (that is all the time I have access to leave feedback) that he will take the website down after the 60 days. If I leave him negative feedback, he will submit his web page to as many search engines as possible. How do I stop this crazed kid? |

| I have found that a strongly worded letter to the webhost suggesting they may be included as a defendant in a lawsuit a very effective in getting the site taken down.
