What will it take for a jury to convict

What is the name of your state? GA

What are the 3-4 things that must be proved in an email libel case. As I understand it
1) You must prove the person sent the email.
2) You must prove the person statement in the email was no true.
3) You must prove the person's written statement caused you some fininical lost.
4) If you are in the public eye, you must be able to prove that person's action casued you some harm.

Is this true? What is correct?
