About a year and a half ago, I was bitten by a neighbor dog while running. The homeowners were 100% at fault and their homeowner's insurance adjuster settled with me for the cost of medical needs plus a little under $2,000. At the time, it was expected that the injury, which is on my calf and has the shape of a small dog's open mouth, would completely disappear. It has not. It is noticable even with my normal skin tone and looks terrible if I become tanned. I am a professional and need to wear skirts and present myself well in front of audiences for speeches, etc. This is not good. Is there anything I can do now?
